A growing national finance practice is seeking a Commercial Finance Associate to join its Atlanta office. This is a mid-level role working on lender-side matters across syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, asset-based and cash-flow lending, and related real estate and workout matters.

The associate will work closely with senior attorneys, have direct client contact with national and regional financial institutions, and be responsible for drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, amendments, and other loan documentation. Opportunity for progression within an established platform with steady deal flow.

2–4 years' experience in commercial finance/lending
Strong background on syndicated loan and debt finance transactions; lender-side representation preferred
Proficiency drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security and intercreditor agreements, and ancillary loan documents
Experience with restructurings, workouts, acquisition financings and leveraged transactions a plus
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; strong academic credentials
