We are seeking a commercial lawyer to join a well-regarded national law firm’s technology team. The role focuses on general commercial work with a strong digital/technology element and will handle commercial contracts, supplier/customer terms and related advisory matters.

The position is open across multiple UK offices; you will work with in‑house and external clients on drafting, negotiating and advising on digital, software and technology-related agreements and commercial arrangements. The team offers varied transaction work and ongoing advisory matters.

Qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or equivalent with relevant commercial/technology experience
Practical experience drafting and negotiating commercial and digital/technology contracts (software, SaaS, supply, services)
Strong commercial drafting, contract risk management and client-facing skills
Comfortable working across multiple matters and collaborating with wider commercial/tech teams
