Commercial Litigation Associate — Atlanta

Established national litigation practice in Atlanta is seeking a mid-level associate to join its complex business and commercial litigation team. The role focuses on state and federal court litigation, including motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals.

This is an opportunity to work on matters for a broad range of corporate and institutional clients across industries. Strong written and oral advocacy, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on high‑stakes litigation are required.

Admission to the Georgia Bar is required; hybrid working model.

• 2–7 years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Admission to the Georgia Bar
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Technology or IP experience (including patent bar) is a plus
