Full-time, partnership-track associate role on a national labor and employment team. The firm is hiring an associate with substantial employment and labor experience to work across several U.S. offices (including Washington, D.C.; Richmond; Dallas; Houston; and Atlanta).

The role focuses on employer-side employment litigation and labor work: managing litigation files, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, handling case strategy and deadlines, and advising employers on a broad range of workplace and labor issues, including NLRA and NLRB matters.

Minimum of 4 years' employment & labor experience (class of 2022 or earlier)
Experience managing employment litigation — depositions, motions practice, case strategy and docket management
Strong knowledge of NLRA and NLRB processes and labor-agency investigations
Demonstrated drafting, research, analytical and client-communication skills
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction to which you apply
Prior large law firm experience preferred
