Labor & Employment Associate (Washington, DC)

A leading law firm is seeking an associate to join its labor and employment team in Washington, D.C. The practice handles high-exposure and sensitive employment matters for major employers, including wage-and-hour and discrimination class actions, executive and other significant single-plaintiff disputes, high-profile trade secrets and non-compete matters, whistleblower protection claims, workplace investigations, and workplace safety litigation.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience at a peer law firm, including exposure to employment matters. Talented general litigators with a demonstrated interest in employment litigation are also encouraged to apply.

• Law school class years 2018 through 2023
• Three or more years of litigation experience at a peer law firm
• Experience or strong interest in employment litigation
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
