Commercial Litigation Associate – Construction, Los Angeles

Leading national litigation team is seeking an associate to join a busy construction litigation practice handling high‑stakes, multimillion‑dollar disputes. The role covers complex commercial contract claims, construction defect and bidding disputes, False Claims Act matters, statutory enforcement actions, and international arbitration.

You'll handle all phases of litigation in state and federal court, including motions, discovery, depositions and hearings, with early meaningful responsibility and formal mentorship and training. The role is open to candidates across California, though this listing is based in the Los Angeles office.

The firm offers a collaborative practice environment and a competitive compensation range (reported range: $240,000–$300,000, final compensation depends on experience and location).

• At least 4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Active California bar admission in good standing (statewide applicants encouraged)
• Strong litigation skills: drafting, motion practice, discovery and courtroom experience
• Construction litigation experience preferred; technical/engineering background a plus
• Comfort with state and federal court practice and international arbitration
