Commercial Litigation Associate — Litigation

Growing national firm seeks a commercial litigation associate to join its multi-office litigation team. The role offers exposure to complex commercial disputes across industries, working on all phases of litigation from pleadings and discovery through motion practice and trial support.

Successful candidates will work collaboratively on client matters, managing document review and e-discovery, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, and supporting senior litigators in courtroom preparation. This is an opportunity to gain substantive litigation experience within a busy, team-oriented practice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Prior litigation experience at a law firm or clerkship; experience with commercial disputes preferred
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills; comfort with e-discovery and document review platforms
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, communicate clearly with teams and clients, and work in a collaborative environment
