Join a leading commercial litigation team in London that handles complex, high-value and technically demanding disputes, often with cross-border elements. The team advises on a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership claims, fraud, insolvency-related litigation, professional negligence, technology and IP disputes, and asset preservation and recovery.

The role involves managing case files, drafting pleadings and witness statements, conducting detailed legal research, and working with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions. You will also contribute to thought leadership and support junior team members.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–6 years' PQE in commercial litigation at a comparable firm
Proven experience managing complex commercial disputes, ideally including cross-border matters
Strong technical litigation skills and familiarity with injunctive and asset recovery remedies
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills; commercially minded approach
Strong academic background and commitment to high-quality client service
