A busy commercial litigation role in a highly regarded London litigation team serving clients across media, technology, private capital, property and financial services. The team handles a broad mix of disputes, from breach of contract and shareholder conflicts to fraud-related claims and larger arbitration and high-value litigation.

The role is for a technically strong lawyer with c.3 years' post-qualification experience who can run smaller matters independently and contribute to larger, multi-party cases. Day‑to‑day work includes drafting pleadings and applications, conducting legal research, liaising with counsel and experts, attending client meetings, mediations and hearings, and supporting senior lawyers on complex matters.

There is an expectation of client-facing ability, good judgement, and an appetite to take part in business development and marketing activity within the practice.

Approximately 3 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
Experience managing a varied caseload (contract disputes, shareholder/company disputes, fraud-related claims).
Strong drafting and advocacy support skills; experience preparing pleadings, witness evidence and interim applications.
Confident client contact and proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commercial judgment, excellent legal research and written communication skills; willingness to assist with business development.
