Commercial Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Mid‑level associate opportunity to join a busy commercial litigation practice in Los Angeles. The role involves managing complex civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and contested motions, taking depositions, handling written discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

Ideal candidates have experience with complex commercial and consumer class-action litigation; candidates with trademark or trade-secret experience will also be considered. • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (post‑bar); mid‑level associates only
• California Bar member or pending admission
• Prior law‑firm experience; judicial clerkship preferred
• Proven experience drafting pleadings and contested motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification) and conducting depositions
• Experience or interest in complex litigation, including consumer class actions and business disputes; trademark/trade‑secret experience a plus
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; self‑motivated and client‑focused
