Seeking a 4–6 year associate to join a busy commercial litigation practice in the Los Angeles office. The role requires handling complex business disputes in state and federal court, including developing case strategy, managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and appearing at hearings and status conferences.

The team values collegiality, creativity, and intellectual curiosity. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with partners and clients, owning significant litigation responsibilities, coordinating with experts and co-counsel, and contributing to settlement strategy and trial preparation.

Candidates must be in good standing with the California Bar and hold a JD from an ABA‑approved law school. The role includes a published salary range of $290,000–$370,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

4–6 years of post‑qualification litigation experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal court
