Leading national litigation practice is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Miami team. The role involves handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts, working closely with senior litigators on discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement discussions, and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates are collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage substantive client work with direct partner interaction. Federal clerkship experience is a plus. The team values collegiality, creativity, and professional development.

Salary range for this role is listed at $260,000–$310,000 (USD). A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

3–4 years of business litigation experience in state and/or federal courts
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar
Strong legal research, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience drafting pleadings and motions
Substantial experience with written and document discovery, depositions, witness preparation, and trial preparation
Comfortable working directly with partners and clients; strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Federal clerkship experience is a plus; fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) strongly preferred
