Real Estate Construction Associate — Miami

Senior associate opportunity in a national construction practice based in Miami. The role involves advising developers, owners and other stakeholders on contract drafting, review and negotiation for real estate development and construction matters.

The team handles a range of matters for clients of varying sizes across the U.S.; the position offers exposure to complex construction and development contracts and client-facing work in a collaborative practice group.

• Minimum 7 years' relevant construction/real estate contract experience.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction, design or development contracts.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills; able to work directly with clients and as part of a team.
