Mid-level associate role in a broad Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution group based in Seattle. The team handles complex civil litigation across local, state and federal courts, including trial and appellate work, for a mix of regional, national and international clients.

This position offers responsibility for managing cases, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery, and participating in oral advocacy within a collegial, mentor-driven environment at a national firm. Candidates should be prepared for meaningful courtroom and appellate exposure and opportunities for professional growth.

Applicants must have an active Washington bar license or be able to waive in. Submit resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample as part of the application process.

4–6 years of litigation experience (law firm or clerkship).
Strong legal research and writing skills; attention to detail.
Excellent academic credentials and courtroom or appellate experience preferred.
Active Washington bar admission, or eligibility to waive in.
