Commercial Litigation Associate — Seattle

Midlevel associate opening in a busy commercial litigation group in Seattle. The role involves hands-on litigation work in state and federal courts and in arbitration, with significant client contact and responsibility across all phases of dispute resolution.

You'll join a collaborative, mentorship-focused team and handle fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appellate work as needed. The position offers opportunities to contribute to strategy, supervise junior staff, and support business development efforts.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in Washington or ability to obtain a prompt waiver
• 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience (law firm, clerkship, or comparable setting)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience with discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate within teams; mentoring experience a plus
