Seattle-based law firm seeks a junior litigation associate to join its commercial litigation team. The role is targeted to candidates currently serving as judicial clerks (federal court or state supreme court) who are ready to transition into private practice.

The team handles a range of commercial disputes for sophisticated clients. The successful candidate will draft pleadings and briefs, assist with motion practice and discovery, and work collaboratively with senior litigators on trial preparation and client-facing matters.

Current judicial clerkship (federal judge at any level or state supreme court justice) — entry to junior-level (0–3 years post-qualification) experience
Outstanding writing and oral advocacy skills
Excellent academic credentials and strong references
Ability to work well in teams, manage competing priorities, and interact effectively with clients
