National litigation team is seeking defense-focused associates to join the Seattle office. The role involves handling commercial and general litigation matters, including personal injury defense, across a mix of state and federal proceedings.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative group working on complex civil disputes, with opportunities for hearings, depositions, and trial work. Flexible work arrangements (on-site, hybrid, and remote) are available.

Minimum of 3 years litigation experience
Licensed to practice in Washington State
Strong litigation writing, research and oral advocacy skills
Comfort working in a team-based national practice; self-starter able to manage assignments with limited supervision
Trial, arbitration, or appellate experience preferred
