Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Manage discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.
Represent clients in court hearings and arbitration proceedings.
Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy.
Advise clients on risk assessment and settlement options.
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Delaware State Bar (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
3–6 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally with a focus on complex disputes.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, and trials.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
