National litigation practice seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup. This is a non-partnership track role open to candidates in any U.S. office, with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area.

Typical duties include drafting briefs, motions and memoranda; preparing and responding to discovery; analyzing discovery to inform case strategy; and preparing deposition outlines. The position operates on a hybrid schedule with regular in‑office presence.

Juris Doctor (JD)
Minimum 6 years post‑qualification litigation experience
Experience drafting motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions
Experience in class action, mass torts or product liability litigation preferred
Bar admission in the jurisdiction of employment
Submission of resume, transcript and a writing sample not substantially edited by others
