Investigations and White Collar Defense Associate (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Investigations and White Collar Defense practice.

• Conduct internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients and respond to enforcement inquiries from government agencies.
• Draft briefs, white papers, client- and government-facing presentations, and correspondence.
• Lead and support witness interviews and depositions.
• Manage e-discovery processes and associated workflows.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, strong case management abilities, a solid work ethic, and a team-oriented approach. Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction is required.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investigations and white collar defense.
• Active bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Proven experience conducting internal investigations and responding to government enforcement inquiries.
• Strong drafting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing e-discovery and supporting witness interviews/depositions.
