Apply in confidence →Growing New York office seeks a mid- to senior-level real estate litigation attorney with 6–9 years of commercial real estate litigation experience. The role focuses on courtroom and transactional-adjacent disputes for property owners, boards, landlords, managers, developers and commercial tenants.
Work will cover the full litigation lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, ADR, settlement, and trial preparation. Matters include leasing and access disputes, co-op/condominium litigation, construction defect and delay claims, development and contract disputes, and related commercial litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) required and admitted to practice in New York
- 6–9 years of commercial real estate litigation experience
- Proven experience with landlord-tenant, co-op/condo, construction, leasing and contract disputes
- Strong legal research, drafting, advocacy and alternative dispute resolution experience
- Ability to evaluate contractual rights, negotiate amendments and advise corporate/board clients
