Leading international law firm is conducting an opportunistic search for a lateral partner to join its commercial litigation practice across several U.S. and U.K. offices. Litigation hiring is selective; the firm will consider exceptional, business‑carrying litigators whose client mix aligns with the firm's industry strengths.

The role is best suited to a partner with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to bring and grow client relationships. Expect to work on complex commercial disputes for sophisticated corporate clients across sectors including private equity and M&A‑related matters.

Established partner with a demonstrable litigation track record and client relationships (portable practice preferred).
Experience handling complex commercial disputes, including matters arising from M&A, private equity, or fund formation activity.
Admitted to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction; ability to work across U.S. and U.K. offices advantageous.
Strong business development skills and ability to align client work with industry sector strengths.
