A major international law firm is seeking experienced commercial property consultants to join a flexible legal resourcing team supporting high-value real estate work in Sydney. Roles are contract/portfolio-based and suit candidates seeking flexible, project-led or interim engagements.

Assignments cover a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, construction and related property rights work. The team provides short-notice support to practice groups and clients on matters requiring senior real estate expertise.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law
Substantial experience across acquisitions/divestments, leasing, development and construction
Proven ability to secure, negotiate and document property rights (easements, land acquisition, compulsory acquisition processes)
Experience dealing with land titles, landholders and stakeholder engagement (tenants, contractors)
Strong commercial judgment, ability to work autonomously and to prioritise competing matters
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
