A well‑established national commercial firm is seeking an associate / junior senior associate to join a specialist property disputes team in Sydney. The team acts for large landlords, property managers, funds and developers on a broad range of leasing and property litigation.

The role involves handling complex property and leasing disputes across litigation and tribunal work, urgent interlocutory matters, enforcement of lease rights, insolvency‑related property issues, and participation in mediations and other dispute resolution processes. The position offers clear progression and mentorship within a busy, client‑facing practice.

Experience in property or commercial disputes, including leasing matters
Court and tribunal litigation experience, including appearances
Proven drafting skills for pleadings and evidence; solid research and analytical ability
Strong client management, communication and prioritisation skills; able to manage multiple matters to deadline
Team player with willingness to mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively
