Senior Associate role within a market-leading real estate practice advising on complex, high-value commercial property transactions and major developments. The team acts for investors, developers, funds and corporates across office, retail, industrial, residential, build-to-rent, infrastructure‑adjacent and mixed‑use assets.

The role involves advising on acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating transactional and development documentation, supporting structuring and delivery of major developments, and working collaboratively with other practice areas (tax, construction, finance, planning and regulatory teams).

This is an opportunity to join a high‑profile real estate practice and take a central role on headline transactions while mentoring junior lawyers and developing client relationships.

Established experience on complex, large‑scale commercial real estate transactions and major developments.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex transactional and development documents and to allocate risk commercially.
Strong technical skills, commercial judgment, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrated client service and relationship management ability; experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Right to work in Australia (must hold necessary visas/approvals if not an Australian citizen or permanent resident).
