Top-tier international law firm seeks an Associate to join its US Executive Compensation/Employee Benefits team. The role supports domestic and cross-border work advising on executive compensation, employee benefits and equity-based incentive arrangements.

Opportunity is open to candidates to reside in one of several US offices (including Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto or Los Angeles). The team routinely supports M&A, reorganizations, reductions in force and post‑transaction integration from a compensation and benefits perspective.

Minimum 2 years of US executive compensation / employee benefits experience advising public and private companies
Practical experience with equity compensation and incentive arrangements; meaningful transactional (M&A) support preferred
Admission and good standing in the state bar for the office to which you apply
Strong academic record, excellent analytical and writing skills, and ability to work effectively in global teams
Large law firm experience strongly preferred; client-service orientation and excellent organizational skills
