Labor & Employment Associate — San Francisco

Mid-to-senior level associate role in a busy San Francisco labor & employment group. The role focuses on employment litigation, with significant work on individual plaintiff matters and wage & hour class actions.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative practice handling courtroom and deposition work, advising clients on employment issues, and working with federal court procedures and e-discovery. California bar admission is required.

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation
• Experience with wage & hour matters and class actions
• Deposition and/or courtroom experience required; employment counseling experience preferred
• Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and e-discovery workflows
• Licensed to practice in California
