Mid-level associate role in a national Compensation & Benefits group supporting equity and executive compensation matters across corporate transactions and public company work. The team advises on equity plans, executive arrangements, proxy disclosure and benefits issues related to M&A and IPOs.

The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and parental leave, with orientation and resources for new hires. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices.

  • 3–6 years post-qualification experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Practical experience with executive and equity-based compensation, proxy disclosures, and employment/severance agreements.
  • Knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A and experience supporting M&A and IPO matters.
  • Excellent academic record plus strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills.
