Competition Associate / Senior Associate Antitrust & Competition, Sydney

Join a well-regarded Australian practice as part of a busy competition and antitrust team based in Sydney. The role involves advising on merger control, cartel and restrictive conduct matters, and regulatory investigations across public and private sector clients.

Work will include preparing filings and submissions to competition authorities, supporting contentious investigations and enforcement responses, and advising on transactional competition risks. The team offers exposure to complex, market-sensitive matters and collaborative engagement with senior lawyers.

• Practical experience in competition/antitrust work (merger filings, investigations, compliance or litigation).
• Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills with attention to commercial client outcomes.
• Admission in Australia or eligibility for admission; ability to work on Australian competition matters.
• Team-player with strong communication skills and ability to manage matters under supervision.
