Experienced lawyer to join a Milan-based compliance & regulatory team. The role focuses on advising on corporate administrative liability (Legislative Decree 231/2001), privacy/GDPR matters, whistleblowing and related compliance processes, as well as contributing to internal audits and training activities.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to draft and implement organizational models, support Supervisory Bodies/DPOs in meetings and audits, and help develop anti-corruption and certification-related measures where relevant. Structured on-the-job training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Law degree
Minimum ~2 years' post-qualification experience in compliance/ethics work at law firms or equivalent advisory roles
Practical knowledge of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and experience in drafting/assessing organizational models and risk assessments
Experience with audits, Supervisory Body/DPO support and whistleblower procedures
Familiarity with GDPR/privacy compliance; anti-corruption/ISO 37001 experience is a plus
Excellent English and strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
