Top-tier international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its technology team, working on disputes and regulatory matters. The role is open to candidates based in Rome or Milan and sits within a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice that handles complex cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will work on litigation and regulatory enforcement relating to digital platforms, service providers and data-related issues, acting within integrated teams across practices and jurisdictions. The role offers exposure to high‑profile, technically sophisticated matters and to interactions with independent regulators.

Fluency in English and the ability to manage complex disputes independently while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams are essential.

Qualified lawyer with c.4–6 years' post‑qualification experience in technology-related litigation and regulatory matters
Proven experience handling disputes involving digital platforms, service providers or data/security issues; experience with regulatory or independent authority proceedings desirable
Ability to run complex matters autonomously and work within multidisciplinary teams on cross‑border matters
Advanced written and spoken English
