Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore compliance and regulatory team. The role will focus on regulatory counseling and investigations across cybersecurity, privacy, international trade, energy, environmental and healthcare matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary practice that advises corporate clients and industry stakeholders on regulatory risk, cross-border trade issues, data protection and sector-specific regulatory compliance. The position offers client development and leadership opportunities and will work closely with national and international colleagues.

Portable practice and a demonstrable book of business are welcome; the team is seeking a partner who can both deepen existing client relationships and originate new matters.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally including cybersecurity/privacy, international trade and energy or environmental sectors.
Proven track record of client origination and portfolio management; portable business preferred.
Excellent written and oral advocacy and the ability to lead multi-jurisdictional engagements with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives.
