Senior lateral partner opportunity for an established corporate and IP practitioner to join a full-service office in Baltimore. The role will lead and grow transactional work across M&A, private equity and corporate governance, with significant crossover into life‑sciences and energy-related matters.

The team handles complex deals and IP-driven commercial transactions; the office seeks a partner who can manage client relationships, supervise deal teams and collaborate with complementary practice groups. Portable client relationships or an ability to develop new business will be valued.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions with significant IP-related work; experience with private equity and life‑sciences clients preferred.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships and supervising transactional teams.
Deep knowledge of corporate governance and transactional documentation; experience on energy‑related matters a plus.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the jurisdiction.
