Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore office to expand corporate and healthcare capabilities. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work for clients across healthcare, life sciences and technology, with opportunities to collaborate with IP and litigation teams on complex transactional and disputes matters.

The partner will join a multi-disciplinary platform and work with national and cross‑border deal teams. The position offers responsibility for client origination and relationship management, integration of a portable practice, and leadership within sector-focused groups.

Established partner-level experience advising on M&A, capital markets or complex corporate transactions
Portable practice or demonstrable client origination and business development track record
Experience advising healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services clients desirable
Strong team leadership and cross-practice collaboration skills; active bar admission and JD (or equivalent)
