The team represents large corporate clients across technology and communications sectors; the firm is not seeking streaming-platform work or matters involving certain large online platforms. A portable practice and demonstrable client relationships are valued.

Established background in patent and trademark litigation and enforcement
Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships; portable business preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s); bar registration or technical qualifications applicable to IP matters
Experience leading teams on complex, high-stakes disputes
