Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Baltimore

Leading international firm seeking a lateral partner to expand its corporate and commercial litigation bench in Baltimore. The role will sit across transactional and contentious work, with a focus on private equity, M&A and high‑stakes commercial disputes.

The team prioritizes hiring established groups or partners with a demonstrable portable practice and an ability to originate and grow client relationships across target sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. This is a business‑development heavy role with responsibility for supervising matter delivery and building a broader regional platform.

• Established partner with experience in private equity, M&A and/or commercial litigation.
• Proven originator with a portable book of business and demonstrable client relationships; team hires encouraged.
• Sector experience in one or more: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
• Track record of leading matters, supervising teams, and developing business across regional and international markets.
• Limited recent firm moves preferred; candidates should demonstrate stability and clear client continuity.
