Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established finance practice in Baltimore. The role will advise on a broad range of finance matters, including commercial lending, consumer finance, public finance and related commercial litigation.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and handle client-facing work across lenders, borrowers and institutional clients. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice or augment an existing book of business while working with cross-practice colleagues on complex financings and disputes.

Established partner-level experience in finance and lending, including commercial and consumer finance matters
Experience with public finance transactions and/or commercial-lending litigation a plus
Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Active bar admission and strong client-facing, written and oral advocacy skills
