Condominiums & Cooperatives Associate — New York

We are seeking an associate to join a New York City real estate team focused on condominium and cooperative matters. The group handles governance, transactions, board counseling, and regulatory compliance for residential communities across the city and beyond.

The role offers substantive drafting and client-facing work on co-op conversions, board governance, proprietary lease and bylaw matters, and regulatory interactions. You will work with a team that combines governmental and private-sector experience in condominium and cooperative law.

• J.D. and admission to the New York bar (or pending admission)
• Experience with condominium and cooperative law, governance, and documentation
• Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfort with client counseling and board-level work
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively in a team, and communicate clearly with clients and regulators
