Seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join a large, national law firm’s conflicts/office of general counsel team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on reviewing and analyzing conflicts-check reports for new matters and new hires, identifying potential conflicts issues, and working with firm attorneys and staff to resolve and clear conflicts.

This position is non-billable, works with conflicts-check software, and supports lateral hire reviews as well as matter openings. The team operates in a hybrid work model and the role offers professional growth within a collaborative legal operations environment.

Juris Doctor and active, good-standing state bar membership
Preferably 3+ years’ conflicts experience in a large law firm (preferred but not required)
Preferably at least 1 year cumulative experience conducting lateral-hire conflicts checks
Experience with conflicts software (e.g., Aderant Expert) preferred
Proven discretion handling confidential information; strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills; high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
