Conflicts Attorney — Compliance & Regulatory, Los Angeles

Join a large, full-service law firm as a Conflicts Attorney within the Office of General Counsel. You will review and analyze conflicts-check reports for new matters, lateral attorney hires, and legal-support staff, identifying potential conflicts and working with attorneys and staff to resolve and clear them.

The role uses conflicts-management software (Aderant Expert is used at the firm) and has no billable-hour requirement. The position offers professional growth within a collaborative team and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in good standing with any state bar
• At least 3 years' experience in conflicts work at a large law firm preferred
• At least 1 year cumulative experience conducting lateral-hire conflicts checks preferred
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills; high attention to detail
• Experience with Aderant Expert preferred
