Join a leading international firm’s Sydney construction team as an Associate focusing on front‑end construction matters. You will work on drafting and negotiating complex project and EPC-style contracts, advising on procurement and project structuring, and supporting large-scale infrastructure, energy and commercial development projects.

The role is integrated with broader transactional teams (M&A, project finance, real estate and energy/infrastructure), offering substantive cross-disciplinary and cross‑border work across the APAC and wider regions. The team is collaborative and client-facing, with opportunities to take ownership on significant matters and develop specialist technical skills.

This position suits a technically strong, commercially minded lawyer who enjoys practical problem solving, working in teams and progressing in a high‑performing international practice.

3–5 years PQE in front‑end construction/engineering contracts at a top-tier or international firm
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills with experience on EPC/D&C/GMP/ECI‑style documentation
Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and manage multiple deadlines on complex matters
Commercial mindset, client service orientation and a proactive approach to learning and taking responsibility
