Seeking a construction-focused insurance associate to join a ranked construction disputes team in London. The role involves advising on construction and engineering disputes, with an emphasis on defending professional indemnity and contractor claims; insurance/policy coverage experience is advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate will work with a market-leading disputes group on high-value matters, acting for major construction/engineering firms, insurers and brokers. The team is described as technically strong, commercially minded and client-facing, with structured support for training and development.

Minimum c.2 years' PQE in construction disputes (City, insurance, regional or international firm experience preferred).
Practical experience of construction and engineering disputes; defending PI claims against contractors/professionals desirable.
Insurance and policy coverage experience is an advantage but not essential.
Strong analytical and drafting skills, commercial judgment, client-facing experience and good project management skills.
Ability and willingness to develop market contacts and contribute to team client work.
