Lead a construction practice in Abu Dhabi for a major international law firm’s regional platform. The role focuses on construction and infrastructure matters across the UAE, working with a cross-border team on projects, procurement disputes and advising developers, contractors and owners.

We are looking for a partner to grow and lead the local construction offering, collaborate with regional colleagues and win new work in the Gulf. A portable practice or established client relationships in the market are welcome.

Established partner with significant construction/infrastructure experience.
Proven track record advising on large-scale construction projects and related disputes.
Established client relationships or a portable practice in the UAE/Gulf market preferred.
Strong commercial acumen, ability to originate work and lead a team.
