Top-tier construction practice in central London is hiring a lateral partner to strengthen its infrastructure and construction offering. The role will lead high-value project work, advise major contractors and sponsors, and help grow a broad, market-facing practice.

The team handles a full range of construction matters across public and private sectors, including infrastructure projects and complex construction disputes and advisory instructions. This is an opportunity to join an established, internationally connected practice with strong client relationships.

Established partner-level construction practitioner with a strong record on infrastructure projects and construction matters.
Proven ability to win and manage client relationships and to develop business in the UK market; a portable practice is welcome.
Significant experience leading deal teams and advising on complex contractual, procurement and dispute issues.
Excellent technical drafting and client-facing skills; able to mentor and develop junior lawyers.
