Join a global consultant platform backed by a major international law firm, providing access to high-value assignments across derivatives, structured finance and securitisation. This role is for a self-directed consultant who will take on typically six-month-plus engagements with internal practice teams and external clients.

Work will span OTC transactional and advisory matters, cash and synthetic securitisations, regulatory developments, structured equity/corporate equity derivatives, structured credit and structured commodities. The role suits a technically strong lawyer who can operate autonomously on complex, multi-jurisdictional projects while benefiting from firm training, knowledge resources and professional support.

Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Admission to practice in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Prepared to operate via a Personal Services Company as required by local guidance
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in derivatives/structured finance at a top-tier law firm
Strong technical knowledge across OTC derivatives, securitisations and structured products; Asian experience preferred
Self-starter with experience working on complex multi-functional, multi-national projects
Excellent communication, client-service focus and commercial awareness
Resilient, adaptable, autonomous with strong organisational skills and diplomacy
