Senior consulting role on a global legal consulting panel working on derivatives, structured finance and capital markets matters. The role offers flexible, project-based assignments (typically six months or longer) across regional and international clients while supported by a major international law practice's consulting platform.

The panel is designed for self-directed, experienced lawyers who want variety and control over their workload while retaining access to training, knowledge resources and professional support from a large practice. Assignments may be based with the firm’s teams or directly with external clients and often involve multi-jurisdictional work.

Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in derivatives, structured finance or capital markets at a top-tier law firm
Qualification to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Right to live and work in Hong Kong
Prepared to operate via a Personal Services Company / contractor structure
Strong technical knowledge, preferably with some Asia experience; in-house or secondee experience to corporates/financial institutions is advantageous
Self-starter with excellent communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness; able to work autonomously on complex, multinational projects
