Join a leading international investment funds team in Hong Kong as an Associate focused on fund formation and secondaries. You will work on the structuring, formation and closing of private investment funds across private equity, real estate, credit, infrastructure and related strategies, and advise institutional investors and fund managers on fundraising, co-investments and secondary transactions.

The role requires taking ownership of drafting and negotiating fund documentation, leading workstreams on GP-led restructurings and continuation funds, and managing cross-border legal and commercial issues. You'll join a collaborative, international practice with strong career progression and will be expected to supervise junior lawyers, liaise with specialist teams across offices, and contribute to client-facing and thought-leadership work.

5-8 years' PQE (common law or US qualified) with funds experience
Experience with private closed-end PE-style and open-end fund formation, co-invests and secondaries (including GP-led/continuation structures)
Proven drafting and negotiation skills across PPMs, LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters and related fund documents
Strong commercial judgment, client-facing experience, cross-border transaction awareness and excellent written/verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, mentor junior colleagues and produce high-quality work to tight deadlines
