Qualified to practise in Australia with unrestricted practising rights
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in employment law; experience at a top-tier firm, in-house or on secondment desirable
Solid experience advising on general employment law and exposure to employment disputes/litigation
Right to live and work in Australia
Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and client-service skills; able to work autonomously on multi-jurisdictional projects
