Typical assignments include fund establishment and fundraising, fund registration/marketing, investment drafting and negotiation, and asset management and ESG-related compliance. Work can be ad hoc with the platform’s practice teams or on fixed client assignments ranging from short projects to multi-month placements.

The panel seeks technically strong, client-focused lawyers able to operate autonomously across multi-jurisdictional teams while building a consulting career.

Qualified to practise in Australia (unrestricted)
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience, ideally with top-tier law firm or major financial institution/corporate
Demonstrable experience in fund formation (retail, private and alternatives), fundraisings/IPOs, investment management and fund regulation/compliance (including ESG)
Willingness to engage as a casual employee or via an independent legal practice
Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, excellent communication and the ability to work independently in complex, multi-national matters
