Join a national Australian law firm’s Knowledge Management team as a Senior Knowledge Solutions Lawyer working on legal innovation and technology-enabled knowledge initiatives. You will partner with practice groups and the Knowledge Program Manager to design, test and refine knowledge tools that leverage AI and other digital solutions while preserving quality, compliance and data protection.

The role embeds risk analysis and safeguards into new knowledge products under a Responsible AI approach, delivers training and calibration for AI-applied systems, and drives knowledge sharing and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and client outcomes.

This is a hands-on role for a lawyer who enjoys stakeholder engagement, practical implementation of legal technology, and translating legal risk into safe, usable knowledge solutions across a firm.

Qualified lawyer with solid post-admission experience (experience in a law firm or comparable legal environment preferred).
Proven experience in knowledge management, legal innovation, legal technology, professional support or related knowledge/solutions functions.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; ability to influence partners, fee-earners and business teams.
Excellent legal drafting, communication and analytical skills, with strong technology capability and a genuine interest in AI, privacy/data protection and emerging legal tech trends.
