Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy Content, Media & Entertainment practice in the firm's Los Angeles-area offices. The team handles a wide range of media work — counseling clients on emerging platforms and technologies, advising on regulatory issues, conducting litigation and agency advocacy, and supporting strategic transactional matters.

The role offers exposure to fast-moving, complex matters and frequent client-facing work. Day-to-day responsibilities include client counseling, fact development, legal research and drafting, strategic analysis, and oral advocacy before courts and government agencies.

3-6 years of relevant experience in media, entertainment, content or related technology matters
Admission to the California bar required
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with litigation and regulatory advocacy preferred; transactional experience considered
Detail-oriented, independent self-starter who works well in a collaborative, fast-paced team
Demonstrated commitment to pro bono work; writing sample and transcript requested
